3D ultrasound supercomputing software
for breast cancer imaging

TECHNOLOGY

X-Ray mammography

Standard mammography routine screening uses ionising radiation, which in turn can induce tissue mutations leading to cancer, and is not sensitive to dense breasts, and even large cancers can be overlooked.

Frontwave Imaging provides a software solution that is based on ultrasound and is safe, cost-efficient and sensitive to all types of breasts, even dense breasts, and has as much resolution as MRI.

This is enabled by the use of supercomputation and advanced imaging algorithms that make use of the full information recorded by any ultrasound tomography acquisition device.

Our solution: UBIware

SAFE
Ultrasound imaging does not expose patients to harmful ionising radiation, and allows early detection for patient of all ages, as well as monitoring.

HPC-DRIVEN
Our solution is supercomputer-based, easily deployable on the Cloud and accessible from anywhere.

HIGH RESOLUTION
The reconstruction algorithm produces sub-millimiter MRI-like resolution images of breast acoustic properties.

SOFTWARE as a MEDICAL DEVICE
Easily accessible tool with a UX designed alongside medics, for medics.

DENSE BREASTS
Can image dense breasts – where mammography fails - as well as normal breasts for all ages.

COST COMPETITIVE
Low costs of image reconstruction with continuous reduction over time as computation gets better and faster.
